Rangeford Villages celebrates the official opening of Homewood Grove, its later-living development for the over 60s in Chertsey, Surrey with the Mayor of Runnymede leading the list of VIP guests
Prospective buyers, members of the local community and representatives from Rangeford Villages came together to mark the event which aimed to showcase everything Homewood Grove has to offer; modern high-spec homes, state-of-the-art amenities and a social lifestyle in a desirable Surrey location.
Tours of the show apartments and the brand-new Pavilion housing the facilities were on offer, mingled with champagne and canapes supplied by the on-site Oak and Honey restaurant.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was performed by the Mayor of Runnymede, Councillor Shannon Saise-Marshall who said: “It fills me with immense pride to witness this transformative project come to fruition.
“Retirement is a new chapter in life. Homewood Grove celebrates this, providing a safe haven where memories are made and comfortable and dignified homes for our senior citizens here in Runnymede.”
Howard Nankivell CEO at Rangeford Villages added: “Today marks a very special milestone for Homewood Grove.
“Not only is it great to see so many people coming together to celebrate the village’s official opening, but it’s also the first opportunity for our reservists, prospective buyers and members of the local community to see the state-of-the-art facilities on offer here.
“It’s been great to see everyone looking around the Showhomes, Pavilion, Revive Spa, and Oak and Honey Restaurant.
“The lifestyle on offer at Homewood Grove is unmatched. Residents can feel supported whilst maintaining their independence. The high-quality homes and impressive facilities mean residents have everything they need on their doorstep, we’re looking forward to watching this community flourish.
